J'ai vien du chine en septembre a Paris et je peux repondre tout les questions en relation avec Chine si vous interroger

Excuse moi, j'ai juste d'arrival a paris cet septembre et je ne peux pas parler bien Francais, un petit peu. Je parles bien anglais mais n'est pas etudiant qui specialite en anglais.

J'ai 28 ans et j'ai de travaille a Shanghai duree 6 ans (2007-2012). Maintenant, je suis etudiant a paris en luxe projet.

Parce que j'ai connu beaucoup des gens qui interesse en Chine ou a quelle ville shanghai ou beijing(Pekin). ou tout les chose vous connaitez pas, n'aime pas et vous avez des curieux. Je peux le reponse. Mais tout les reponses sont a mon avis et j'ai limite connaissance. Je va essayes fort de a la repond comme les gens normalle, je pense que ca c'est tres different du l'information vous entendre avec les medias francais ou chinois.

Excuse me, I am just arrival in Paris this september and I can not speak very good french, just a little, I can speak good English but I am not a student who specialized in English language.

I am 28 years old. I had worked in shanghai for 6 years (2007-2012), now I am a student in luxury project.

Cause I knew a lot people who interested in China or any city like Shanghai or Beijing(Pekin), or, anything that you don't know , you don't like and you are currise about. I can answer it. But all the answers I am going to tell you is from my opinion and I have limited knowledge. I will try hard to give answers from a ordinary peoples' view, and I think it will be very different from the information you heared from the French or chinese Media.

Merci, Ca fait long temps pour moi ecrie cette message. et j'ai utilise beaucoup des dictonaarie. J'ai etudie le francais 400 heures a shanghai l'alliance francaise. Mais je ne peux pas communique oral, c'est triste.

Pour les beaucoup des gens qui jamais vienent en France, à un simple avis, ils pensent les français sont très beau avec le premier impression, car beaucoup des films avec les occidentaux est tres tres beaux, et les films sont tres populaire pour long temp après lès ouvert de Chine depuis 1984. Tout les acteur et actrices sont les yeux profounds，les cils long, les nez haut, les cheveux blond. Beaucoup des amis me demand: " tu peux marier avec un garson francais, et ton bebe sera beau."

Pour les gens qui connait quelqu'un francais, ils disent : les francais sont tres gentil et tres poli, tres romantique. plus gentil et poli que les chinois qui lui ne connaissant pas bien, juste rencontre quelque fois. Mais pour les chinois, c'est difficile par faire des amis avec les francais(e), les amis que j'ai dit est en les definition des chinois. les amis sont quelqu'un peux m'aider quand j'ai des problems. Par example: preter d'argent ou laisser toi habite chez il/elle pour long temps meme que se studio est tres petit. Peut etre c'est ne pars vrai quand les deux sont francais. Mais, ca c'est le sentiment pour les chinois. Parce que, normalement, chinois n'est pas tres gentil/ toutjours poli avec merci beaucoup, pardon en public, mais si j'ai un ami vraiment, il peut m'aider quand j'ai une problem.

For those people who didn't been in France, in a very simple point of view, they just thank the french people looks so beautiful with the first thinking come out of mind. Since in many films the westerners looks so gorgeous, and those films are very popular in China after the opening up. All the actors, actresses have the deep eyes, long eyelashes, high noses, blond hair. And some friends asked me "you can find a french boyfriend, your baby will be beautiful" .

For those people who knew french people, they said: french people are very nice, polite and romantic , they are more nice, polite than those Chinese we don't know very well or we just meet for a few times. But for some Chinese, it's hard to have a (close) french friend. The friend here I am talking about is by the definition of Chinese style : the friends is the people who can help when I have some problems. For example: lend some money or let him/her stay in their home for long time even the room is very small( not convenient). May be this is not ture when the both are french people. But this is the feeling from the Chinese, because, generally speaking , chinese are not so friendly/always polite to say thanks, sorry in public ( which is not good), but if I have a ture friend, he will help me when I have problems.

l'armée à 50 centimes est le nom on a utilisé beaucoup en internet, mais plutot des fois on utilise le nom pour attaque ou sarcas. les gens qui d'accord les politiques ou les façons developpe du governement. Parce que il y a des gens qui vraiment pense que les facons ou le information du governement sont correct et des gens d'accord pas.

par example: le prix de immobilier en Chine est monte plutot, spécialement en lès villes grands ( beijing , shanghai .....) ;le gouvernement a prendé certain façon pour controle le prix monte pas toutjour et tout rapid. Certains des gens declare c'est tres bon facon, mais beaucoup des gens pense ca c'est tricher parce que , le tax de immubilier sont le principal souce parmi touts.

The 50 cents arm is the name now we use a lot on internet, but most of the time, we use this name for attack or sarcasm those people who is agree with the policies or the solutions developed by government, becuase there are some people, who are really believe/agree that the solution or the information from the government are correct and also some don't believe or agree.

For example: the price of real estate in China went up a lot. Specially in the big city such as beijing , shanghai, the government take some policies to control the price that not always going up or not so fast.

Some people will say this is a good solution, but still many people think this is not gonna work but cheat people, because the tax is mainly from the real estate industry.

If some say somthing on internet and the information is good for the government, then some others don't believe this information will say: " you are the 50 cents army, and you have done a great job, you should get 1 RMB" for sarcasm.

And the 50 cents army exist on internet before, I don't know if there are or not now. Some company/media doing the public relation ship for the national background companies, they will spread the good information of this policy for gain some supports.

They gain 50 cents for every single comment , and that's the name comes from.

Hi, I had such a bad luck, I write the comment for this question for about 1 hour in french and I lost it again !! And I have to answer your question more quickly in English ( just for this one only)

But I will try to answer you like this, in my own opinion, I don't think it's the government who paid those people you called 50 cents army for spreading the message which is good for them. Becuase they don't need have votes from people to take decisions. Only the highest officer and his consulting jury who plan and make decisions. For example, you might heared about Bo xila* ( I put one * here for i. becuase I don't want to be googled) who is the most competitive candidates for the next president. But now he is going to jail very soon. I think It's not becuase his wife killed a man called WOOD from UK, but because some one very important want him down. His wife story is only a clue to drive him out. BO was been the mayor of one big city and the people there like what he have been done ( although there are many stories said all what he done is try to achieve his politic target). But still he was put down by others and people can do nothing about that.

Then, who paid those 50 cents army to post the message on internet. I think it's the company who can benefit from the policy, because no one policy can meet all peoples' need. it's always controversial. And once the policy is going to be executed, the public relationationship company have the works for 50 cents army. Then, the policy will looks welcome at public. And the others who don't like this policy will say that you are the 50 cents army, and now, the 50 cents army been exaggerated on internet. As long as anyone who said the policy or any information from the government was good. Then the people who don't like will say you get paid to say this. You are 50 cents army.

All these point of views are from my own. I didn't talk about this topic with others, but from the argument on internet, this is the most true story behind I think.
