I would suggest using masking tape to tape around different parts of the door/window/windshield/side mirror and try to see if you can make the noise go away to determine what's causing the wind noise.

Lots of makers are starting to offer it on their vehicles. I believe it is universally called “road sign recognition” feature. It is usually on the highest trims of models, but some may have it standard.
