DESCRIPTION:\n	A new study released by the US Centers for Disease Contro
l and Prevention on Tuesday shows that between late January and early Octo
ber\, nearly 300\,000 people died in the United States\, two-thirds of whi
ch were due to the outbreak of the new coronavirus.\n\n	   The US Center
s for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that during this period\,
the number of additional deaths among adults between 25 and 44 years old
increased by 26.5\, the highest of all age groups. Among people of color\,
the proportion of excessive deaths is also high: Hispanics have increased
by 56%\, while blacks have maintained a 33% increase\, which is much high
er than the 12% increase among American whites. Hispanics and blacks and o
lder Americans are most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic\"\n
