Bonjour,

Mon pc âgé de moins d'un an donc encore sous garantit chauffe beaucoup trop je pense !

Lorsque je mets une clé USB et que je la retire, l'embout est à peine touchable.

Idem pour le dessus de l'ordinateur (à la jointure avec l'écran).

Je pense donc à l'emmener au SAV pendant qu'il est encore sous garantit.

voici les températures, il est allumé depuis une heure et justes quelques pages internet et wlm.

peut-être aussi le boitier, ou alors le refroidissement ne convient-il pas à son système .

Si c'est un mobile, faut pas chercher plus loin, le boitier est surement inadapté .

autrement dit, l'air ne circule pas assez . l'air chaud se concentre dans le boitier et l'air frais ne peux rentrer, ce qui entraine une augmentation de la température . déjà, il faudrait voir si de la poussière ne s'est pas accumulé .

Bon je vais essayer d'y aller en douceur alors et je reviens dire si ça redescend ou pas.

Cela peut -il etre la cause d'un processeur défaillant ?

Puis le boitier comment ne pourrait il pas être adapté ? (ce n'est pas un pc que j'ai monté !)

il arrive fréquemment qu'un constructeur, pour lorgner sur le cout, propose un bon processeur et tout, et mette un boitier de m***e .

Souvent inadapté aux doubles/quadri coeur .

Déjà, en dépoussiérant, ça devrai aller mieux .

moi j'ai eut le tour avec mon PC actuel .

Quadri coeur cadencés a 2.5 Giga, mais boitier totalement inadapté . Resultat, retour SAV, changement de carté mére/processeur/carte graphique .

Et c'est un Packard Bell .

Je ne m'y connais pas trop donc je peux pas t'en dire sur l'origine.

Mais si ton pc est en surchauffe, tu peux acheter une plaque de refroidissement. A condition de bien la choisir, elle est très efficace :smile2:

peut-être vont-ils procéder à un nettoyage . Et, si ça persiste, ameliorer la ventilation .
