Go to England! Woo, we pwn the US and Australia, although, out of the both, Australia is much better. The american accent is not very nice

Also, the american education system is very bad before postgraduate level. Their 'bac' equivalents and undergraduate univeristy courses are not of such a high quality. For example, if I compare the english a-levels to the american SATS, there is a big difference and generally you do not need to be very clever to get high SAT scores. You might get 100% in SAT but only a C for A level where A is the best and F is a fail! In England there are lots of international students. At my secondary school we had a girl from Germany come to take an A level. She had very good english and found her lessons quite easy and she got good marks. At my uni there was a girl form Brussells who spoke french as her mother tongue and she also foudn the english used at uni quite easy. She was accepted very well by the other students. In England, in general, there is a big acceptance of people from other countries and we have many international students studying at universities. We also have many different cultures and races living in most cities. If you cna speak a foreign language like French well in England then you will be very respected and all the students will ask you for help with their french homework

We also show french films at the cinema and on the television in England, like La Vie en Rose, La Scaphandre et la papillon, Lemming, Amelie, Les Choristes, Apres Vous etc.
In England we have very good undergraduate courses at univeristy. The best universites are Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, LSE, UCL, Warwick, York, Kings, Imperial etc. They accept the french bac and International baccaleureate grades for entry as well as A levels and other foreign qualifications. If you have been living in England for 3 years (I think tis 3, not sure) before you go to university, you can be seen as an english citizen and only pay english fees, otherwise you will pay international fees at uni.
Good Luck in whatever you choose and it isnt always rainy in England- its the same as Paris really
